Return & Refund Policy – Skin-Z-Care

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused
  • Product is unopened
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Item is not damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used beauty items
  • Damaged products caused by misuse

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Incorrect product
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by Skin-Z-Care.
